      Pros

      Summer job when working in college. For those who want to get into sales, this is the best foundation of all. If you master this, the skills can be transferred to b2b and people love d2d experience.

      You have to grind. One of the hardest jobs I’ve done to this day.

      Easy to get a good wage if you beat targets and are hungry for commission

      Cons

      You are just a number. I was personally fine with this, you’re there to make money. Don’t expect a campfire sing along. Staff turnover is HIGH but that’s usually due to low sales.
