Great benefits Laboratory analysts, assistants, and quality workers are close-knit and wonderful to work with.
Cons
Management gaslights like crazy (to the point of seeking mental health help)- actually saw management bully a new employee to the point I'd find them crying in the bathroom. If you are younger (20s) you will be treated with much less respect by management. Inconsistent rules- senior staff can come in late/alter shift, newer, younger staff/lab assistants will be scolded for the same thing. If you are new, you may be working a later shift completely alone for no reason. HR is a gossip and anonymous complaints with NOT stay anonymous. If you go above her, you will be scolded.
