Pros

-Some of the smartest, most dedicated people I've ever worked with -Good benefits and perks; free lunches and Bird credits/flexible with vacation or time off whenever I needed it -I personally liked my job and day to day; there was a lot of opportunity for creativity as well as to build

Cons

-Travis didn't show his face to lay off 30% of his staff -Simply put, Senior/Executive Leadership is by far the biggest weakness at Bird and their incompetence and lack of transparency trickles down to negatively impact everyone at the company.

Pros

lunch and free bird rides

Cons

Nepotism. If you're not from Uber or Lyft, there's probably no upward movement Favoritism. There's clearly a divide between different races/ethnicities and how management treats each group Any operations specialist role doesn't have anything to do with actual operations. It's all customer support, so don't be fooled by the job description.

Pros

- "Start-up" / lifestyle culture - Free lunch and snacks - Open working environment - Fair benefits (compensated health insurance, etc.)

Cons

Laid off during FMLA protected parental leave, two days after my first child was born and right after I emailed HR asking to add my child to my health insurance policy.
