      You will get a lot of work.

      1. 3 Lakh of huge bond for 6 month's of training but in reality training program is just 1month which is also just learning from youtube and no seniors are avilable to help you because there are only few seniors in organisation. 2. In the name of cost cutting they are not able to hire even a sweeper. 3. Just they are trying to make a lot of money using employees and regularly threaten them with bond amount. 4. From Junior to Senior every employee is in frustration. 5. Long office hours 9:30 to 7 but if you go home before 8pm you are in target of team leads.

      As a Startup, we have our own shortcomings and strengths but when it comes to our employees we have a dedicated team of experts and leads who always make sure for their growth and success. Learning and Development is our core strength that we always try to focus upon. According to our policies, we ask everyone to sign a bond as to ensure the stability of an employee which is always better for you only. We always expect productivity from our employees, the time duration is not a concern. We have this flexibility that if due to work an employee is giving extra hours he/she can compensate later for it.Biz4Group is known for it's values of integrity, honesty, empathetic leadership and personal excellence.

      freshers get to handle projects individually

      Cons

      - no job satisfaction - all the facts told on their website are a lie - no work life balance, make you work late and even on weekends without any compensation - regularly update their policies as they see fit - poor appraisals - poor culture, no fun activities or office parties - poor quality projects - nothing much to learn - poor management - make you sign 2 years of bond - management gives legal threat for little things

      We have transparent policies and Learning and Development is amongst one of them.We assign projects to our freshers only after they complete their training period.We are sad to know about your not-so-great experience with us. We are startup and have our own shortcomings. Biz4Group is known for its efforts towards growth of each and every team member right from the first day of joining and we have a clearly defined Organization Structure and reporting. If still you don’t have anything in writing you can send email to HR or company then we will send a detailed response. As you know very well and we are also proud to mention that the team works under mentorship of Senior Architects from USA who have vast experience working in companies like Apple, Disney, Marriot, etc. This is the reason we have enjoyed growth every year and our clients are super successful. Even though you mentioned lot of negative things we sincerely wish you happy and great success in all future endeavours.

      Not a single pros organization is filled with negativity.

      Cons

      1. Inspite of 5 days work they will ask you to come on Saturday Sunday. 2. On paper 45 days notice period but when you resign they will behave like you are their enemy and will not leave you before 3 months get ready for a lot of frustration. 3. some team leads are dumb don't have any knowledge just get position with years of experience and boot licking. 4. Manager is only want a lot work even if you have to work for 12 hours a day. 5. For fresher they will have bond of 3-5 lakhs for no reason because they are not goona provide any training just you have to learn by youtube. 6. All the positive comments are because HR and management is forcing new joinne to give positive reviews.

We have a policy of 5 day working, until and unless there is an urgency for a Project. It is extremely rare that anyone is asked to work on weekends. 2. Infact, we try our best to make their last few days memorable to the extent that they are given paid leaves for paperwork etc. into their new jobs. 3. With average 20+ years of experience, our leadership team and senior architects are well-versed with current market requirements and cutting-edge technologies. Our client rating is 4.9 till now. 4. We offer a free working environment to our work force that promises healthy creative growth. We have fixed work hours. 5. Biz4Group is known for its efforts towards growth of each and every team member right from the first day of joining. We believe in growing and succeding together and have robust training and progression plan for each employee. We work on monthly ratings and customized groeth plans. 6. We have been consistently rated 5 out of 5 by our clients and many employees. This is because of the relationship we hold with them. We are proud to share that Biz4Group is growing at more than 50% consistently, this can never happen without strong and positive team-work.
