      Nothing. You can not see any thing....

      Cons

      There was no working culture at all. Attitude/Behavior of Owner's (specially Samit Arora) were very unprofessional. No Growth at all. They never think before hiring the person. They hired a guy after six days fired this guy. No HR Policy there. Very Poor Leave policy. Can not take breaks there. If you are working there it feel, you are prison for 9 hrs. Very small organisation(10 to 15 people only). No Additional benefits like medical leave, health policy, Earned leaves, Time flexibility, Fun Activities many More.. Advice Do not go there.

      No Pros , Nobody survive there.

      Cons

      Two Owners Both are very Irritating , No management, No HR Policy, Policy keep on changing According the mod of Owner (Samit Arora) . Samit Arora is very irritating guy you can not tolerate. Big thing he (Samit Arora) does not have talking sense and dressing sense, How to talk employee and others.
