Comments for Bizzy Digital arm; - Performance driven culture that does not sacrifice long term mindset - Flat organization, encouraged to speak up and take ownership on leadership - Right mindset around creating technology and value for the future instead of a "pseudo startup" generating numbers which adds no real value to the users (both supply side and demand side)
Cons
- Messy (but which startup isn't) - Leadership changes shrunk the organization too thin during COVID, missed some fundamental organizational building in tech team - A relic of the past sadly; post acquisition with Warung Pintar, things have changed too dramatically
