Business outlook
Pros
Interesting product, Great coworkers and team. The code is a little messy but thats our job to make it better. Team motivates you to use the newest technology and allows you to make improvements as you feel necessary. Almost feels like working on something you own and that makes the job much more enjoyable for someone like me.
Cons
Direction changes often. Not a big deal but there are times where something will be worked on heavily for 3 weeks, then ditched for another idea. Common occurrence in a startup of this size so I personally dont fault them for it but that is the only con imo.
