      If you're older and not skilled, it's a good place to collect a paycheque

      Cons

      If you're younger and more capable the old vanguard will reduce your role and have you fired and ask you to quit.

      + central location + free breakfast and lunch twice a week + compensations and benefits (better than average in SG)

      Cons

      - demanding - strict guidelines - overtime during EMS roadshow - 1 manager every 3 people (money leek?) - no career opportunities

      1) salary & benefits much better than average SG companies 2) free breakfast and lunch twice a week 3) product well established in the market 4) office location

      Cons

      1) no career opportunities 2) overtime during roadshow 3) work is tense, very tight guidelines 4) way too many mangers 5) turnover
