Pros
Innovative technology company disrupting the slow-to-adopt commercial real estate industry. I get to show up to work everyday and have an impact on the company's trajectory and its success. There's a lot of flexibility that comes with working at a startup, such as unlimited PTO and working-from-home. The benefits and compensation are also very competitive.
Cons
You have to be willing to work hard and get outside of your comfort zone. This isn't a cushy, 9-5, corporate job. We're grinding everyday to make the dream a reality.
