Pros
Out of all the places I have worked, I am most excited about the vision of Blockstream. The technology is fascinating, the team is filled with brilliant people, and most importantly to me - we are actually trying to better the world! I have tons of autonomy to really grow as a person and employee. Blockstream really values continuous learning and making employees happy, so they sponsor amazing events, conferences, and courses for everyone to attend.
Cons
As with any startup, there are growing pains. I've seen leadership do a lot of work to improve communication across the company, especially because we are a distributed team, so I imagine this is going to be a very constant challenge.
