Personal experience of working with the worst organisation. The Director and the CTO have made their own dreamy policies, playing politics. Plans of competing with the companies like Apna & Work India, they cant even stand out in the crowd of blue collar. The director and CTO have policies in mind but not on papers . Salaries are being deducted without informing and that too on full n Final day. They are having big plans but employee satisfaction and professionalism are no where of a corporate. Sorry I want name it a corporate, A CHAPRI company. They have no moral values and ethics when it comes to employees salaries. Have many instances which I can elaborate being working in this.Total waste of 2 n half years working for this. Apart from HR activites, have also involved in Sales & Operations, dat too without paying. Words of startup and behaviour of chapri company.
