Pros
You will find many new friends here Have variety of solutions, still some are old (legacy), so job isnt booring and you could change technologies I remmember once all team (12) went for lunch for 3 hours on friday. Even tho there are many high quality professionals working there.
Cons
It was not very competitive salary, but they have bonuses.
