      Pros

      Laid back place to work. Great work life balance. Above average pay for the location.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. No body owns their mistakes. They think they have a start up mentality, but have 0 appetite for change or innovation. They want to keep doing the same job repeatedly. The work can get stale, tedious and boring. The place is plagued with nepotism hires and promotions. Their methodologies and processes are out dated.

      Pros

      Every day poses a new type of problem to solve and the team is a joy to work with. There are opportunities to learn about a wide variety of industries and their unique data challenges, as well as ongoing support of longstanding clients. The management team is supportive and encouraging of every team member's professional development and they provide very clear direction of how to advance both within and out of the company via training opportunities and professional feedback. Lots of opportunities to volunteer together. Weekly team lunches. Office Nerf wars.
