Pros

A few kind, hardworking colleagues. Some exposure to different marketing channels if you're willing to figure it out yourself. Occasionally flexible hours.

Cons

Toxic blame culture disguised as “accountability”, support is scarce, but blame is handed out generously. You're expected to do the work of multiple people with little to no training. Communication is poor from leadership. Important changes are dropped without context, often via last-minute emails. Feedback only seems to arrive in the form of wild accusations or desperate scapegoating. The people who genuinely care get overworked and overlooked, while upper management operates on ego, guesswork, and paranoia.

The team on a whole are hard working, welcoming, proactive and collaborative

Cons

Management is toxic, dismissive, belittling, and quick to shift unnecessary pressure onto others. They take credit for your hard work while simultaneously undermining it, creating a frustrating and demoralizing environment. I would rate the management a zero if possible
