Pros
- You won't be able to handle their torture, so you will either leave yourself or they will fire you. Eventually, you will leave this company early. That's the only pro I could see here I do not settle here. - Work from Home...in weekends.
Cons
- Flexible working hours...for them 24 hrs a day. Forgot about work-life balance. - They create your personal Whats app group for extra torture. - They need status update every hour. - Give false hope to employees, for onsite work. Don't fall into it. - No bonuses, appreciation, goodies other than your salary, which can be hold anytime if you stuck with some task. - Talking about Projects, there is no SDLC steps, no Code review nothing. You join this firm, you are on your own there is no senior dev , all are freshers or interns which they trapped for exploitation. - No standardization of projects, code, demo. There are only 3 to 4 devs here working fulltime handling 5 to 6 projects at a time. You create college projects here, you will not learn and grow here. - Don't know why they have a HR & Project manager (parttime). - This is not a Product based but a service based company. - Incase, you resign be ready to face it. They give direct warning of lawsuits. They have a history of it, and do this with every person who has left the company and forget about your pay of notice period months.
