Get to work with multiple clients, so you get more exposure.

Cons

Pay grade is very low compared to the market value. Layoffs are pretty common and frequent, so if you're on the bench for 6 months with only partial-time allocation or a support role, you're likely on their list of layoffs already. They don't retain loyal employees.
