      Pros

      There are so many pros about BlueModus. My colleagues are professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are no egos here, I can ask any question and be assured someone will have an answer. I've been part of many teams in the past but BlueModus is one big team with lots of little teams making up a dynamic organization. I find that no matter what, everyone is honest and transparent about everything. Management is open and honest in all their feedback and news sharing. And this transparency is encouraged for all employees. It's really a breath of fresh air. I always know where I stand. It also enables me to be transparent with my accounts which fosters trust and a true partnership.

      Cons

      I think the one thing I struggle with is having a bench we can pull additional team members from. I know we run lean (which I understand) but it's hard to speed up a project when everyone has their own projects.

      Thank you for your review and kind words. I agree that it is challenging to spin up new projects as quickly as we like, but it is also challenging to carry too large of an under-utilized bench - not only as a company but also for our team as colleagues want to contribute. I am open to ideas around this.

      I have really appreciated the onboarding process. I feel like BlueModus does a great job of setting its staff up for success in all roles and responsibilities.

      Growing company that takes care of colleagues and clients

      Pros

      great compensation and perks, interesting work, autonomy and growth potential. "work hard and go home" philosophy, very family friendly, and lots of remote workers.

      Cons

      If you're not the kind of person that needs things to be perfect, or has to know everything before you start, you will have a hard time. Everyone is more than willing to help, but you need to raise your hand.
