1. Bunch of friendly and smart people with true startup spirit 2. Innovative software service and solution with great potential 3. One of the early SaaS adopters with latest technology stack 3. Flexible working hours 4. Great streamlined processes that really worked for a startup 5. Great customer service.
Cons
1. Constant struggle for profit 2. Small customer base with enterprise customers that drove the product roadmap. 3. Lack of funding 4. Slow execution of critical next generation product development
