      -Extremely talented WebSphere developers and architects -Great atmosphere at work -Exciting to see growth of the company

      Cons

      -More employee development and growth opportunities would be nice -Small company is impacted easily by changes in sales -Fewer opportunities to move up through management since it is a smaller growing company

      Cool eCommerce & digital marketing projects Extremely talented colleagues A leader among IBM Commerce consultancies Good pay and benefits A leadership team who cares about its employees Not a lot of travel Flexible work schedules Professional development opportunities Management & Peer recognition for good work or going 'above and beyond' Good 2-way communication and flow of ideas between ownership/leadership and the employees (transparency)

      Cons

      The company has been growing, but still has a fairly flat organizational structure. That can be good and bad, depending on your preferences and goals. I will state, however, that BlueSky strives to promote from within and place its employees on desired career paths, but advancement into management roles over the near term could be viewed as being somewhat limited.

      No politics and friendly senior management. Technical growth is excellent Work from home option

      Cons

      Billing from the clients is very high but salary is not even one third of it Project timelines are very tight No work life balance
