Pros
The only good part of working at Bob Bob Ricard was basically nothing. There are no pros.
Cons
The downsides: although the owner Leonid Shutov was always polite, the rest of his management team wasn't. Very competitive, toxic environment on the verge of moral harassment. More precisely coming from senior managers who aware of the ongoing bullying of his staff towards new employees, shut his eyes. Minimum wages; awful food for the staff and moral harassment are my main complaints.
