      There are some really good people there who don't deserve to be treated the way they are on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The amount of unnecessary stress that comes from ownership is ridiculous. Often you are treated like a child. Lack of a professional environment. Not climate controlled in NC! Low pay and poor benefits

      Pros

      There are some really good people who work there that unfortunately are treated horribly by the owners on a daily basis

      Cons

      Low pay, poor benefits, terrible PTO policies. However, the worst part by far are the owners. The owner throws daily tantrums and truly belittles the employees to the point where they lose all confidence in themselves.
