    Pros

    Absolutely awesome team of people. I worked in a remote office for 9 years through 4 different roles. The people there became like family, and through Booking I met some great people from all around the world.

    Cons

    COVID-19! Unfortunately I was made redundant as part of a restructure following the devastating impact on the travel industry.

    - Offer great working environment and experience to me as a fresh man. - Great benefits - Work life balance

    Cons

    - Customer service department is always at the lowest. We always support other departments but were not received much support from them. - We handled almost everything from system, content on front end, finance, sale advice, etc. although there are respective departments. - Management feedback was given to team leads and managers but nothing was done to improve the situation. - Low increment on salary and salary below market rate. - There is no opportunity to apply to other departments and they always end up hiring new people instead of giving the opportunity to internal staffs.
