      Pros

      You can learn how to adapt in a constantly changing environment. If you like being challenged with heavy workloads, you’ll definitely get that here.

      Cons

      No raises in the past few years. Promotions depend more on being close with management rather than performance — you have to make yourself known and shine. Expected to handle the workload of 2–3 people. No clear room for growth, as management is often unsure of direction. Plans are frequently revised and left unfinished, every quarter they change their direction.
