      They pay on time Celebrate birthdays Nice location and offices Office outings

      Cons

      Zero employee retention. There's someone leaving every week. Most of the clients don't renew their contracts. Huge workload compared to the small salaries Unequal salaries for the same job titles No team support and no management support Work overtime and on weekends without compensation Management only wants the work done and doesn't care about employees Management refuses to hire more people to replace those who leave Bullying, disrespect, and lack of empathy from some managers Management shifts from being completely absent to micromanaging everything Management doesn't listen to any complaints and never takes action
