Above all else, Booster's mission is really to help individuals and nonprofits fundraise with apparel easier, so it's great to know you are doing good all day.
The employees that work here are really good people, making it easy to collaborate.
It's a start up with the security of an established company that has a wonderful work culture.
Cons
Because Booster is only a couple of years old there are certainly growing pains, but this also provides for the opportunity to problem solve, and learn a lot outside of your role.
There are lots of opportunity here to move upwards, sideways, etc if you get yourself noticed. Tied to CustomInk so the opportunities extend into that brand as well.
Cons
Many changes coming that make the future pretty uncertain - the best employees aren't always the ones noticed, it's usually the loudest ones.
