Changes Coming - Anonymous employee Booster, LLC Employee Review

CustomInk --- the Virginia-based company that created Booster.com is well-known as an employee's employer. They care about their own people and show it through offering a solid benefits package, company sponsored education and training, lots of fun company events

In 2017, Booster's operations will be consolidated into CustomInk's Virginia offices. Thus positions previously based in Newton, MA will move south.

It's great to work for a company that is supported by CustomInk. Booster has come a long way in the past few years in establishing a hard working team and identifying best practices. Every month the entire company has an All Hands meeting which is a way of keeping all teammembers looped into the business, product launches & upcoming events. There is also free lunches and breakfast every week with unlimited snacks which is really appreciated!

Not enough office presence from the leadership team. Communication across office locations is very challenging but seems to be getting better.
