Pros

Borne is a place where you'll be given ample autonomy to develop your skills with an engaging portfolio of clients. All roles have a client facing element that helps you to develop soft skills in communication, stakeholder management etc that really help to make you a more rounded professional. I found it a very healthy working environment where I did both some of my best work and made some incredible friends. - Salary is around the market rate for the industry with generous promotion and pay increase opportunities - Office in a great part of London (Old Street) near to plenty of great food/drink options - Challenging projects to work on that accelerate your learning - No micromanagement - Flexibly working where required

Cons

- There can be communication problems between the London and Belgrade office - Comp package could be more thoughtful beyond just salary and salary increases
