Great coworkers, coffee equipment and customers. The pay is the best you can get in Phoenix for a barista/cashier, with decent tips.
Cons
The hours are short as it was a new company when I worked here. Standard barista shifts were 6.5 hours, so it's hard to get full-time. That'll change when the hours are extended!
