It's very fun. Very relaxed, no real structure in place.
Cons
Disruptive workplace, you are expected to be available all day everyday for whatever happens. If you are one of the "in" people you can do no wrong, but complaints will not be heard. They are comfortable with the "as is" and no matter what changes they say they want they do not want to do them.
