Innovative Creative Collaborative Cutting Edge Fabulous Team spirit And we have a DOG in the office!!!!! As a small business, you get to do a bit of everything so work can be really varied

Fast paced and constantly changing marketplace which can be challenging so it's not for everyone As a small business, there isn't much room for advancement

Outsourcing as much as possible for as cheap as possible Poor planning Focusing only on today's tasks Can't do even a simple task without director's approval No career grow No salary merit increase No bonuses No training budget No pension No flexibility, should be in the office from A to B No compensation except salary
