      Pros

      Have been working with Braves for now 4 years. It has been great so far. Got different things to learn and explore. The culture, work environment, people is awesome to work with.

      Cons

      Have still a great potential to grow, which needs to be tapped, which is definitely happening now.

      Pros

      Braves had a great incentive plan which works out great if you put in the efforts. It was always exciting to take up a new task given.

      Cons

      Just like any other company they expect results right from hour one of the task given. That does not bode well

      Pros

      In the Pandemic time as well, received satisfactory appraisal from management, and the best place to work with your own time and without any restrictions, Fun elements like participation in extra curricular activities happens a lot within premises and occasional lunch/dinner plans.

      Nothing as such regarding company
