Pros
Corporate office but often have jean Friday or the summer shorts rule (over 90 degrees you can wear shorts that are reasonable length). We have random pot luck parties to keep up morale and pretty open with what’s going on as a company.
Cons
Sometimes department politics get in the way of a smooth workday. Many things are governed by a Parent company, so our voice isn’t always heard.
