      Pros

      I have worked at very large companies (20K+ employees), mid-size companies (500+ employees), and small companies (< 100 employees). This is hands down the best company that I've ever worked for. Interesting work Flexibility Talented coworkers Upward mobility Management genuinely care whether people are happy with their work.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. This is really the best company that I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      BridgePhase's empathetic approach to leadership is what sets them apart. Both Matt and Dan, and all leadership at BridgePhase lead with kindness and respect to each person with an understanding of each person's well-being, professionally and personally, at the forefront. This type of leadership cultivates a culture truly based on inclusion and respect which provides a safe place for growth as well as a sense of worth within. BridgePhase also provides great benefits and opportunity.

      Cons

      BridgePhase is a small business which means you can wear many different hats. This can be seen as a con but I believe it is a pro as you get to expand perspective and learn about areas that you might not otherwise get the chance.

      Generous Benefits and Bonus schedule. Many different contracts/projects if you want to move around but keep the same employer.

      Cons

      Annual salary increase is underwhelming, unless you are contributing to additional projects outside your primary contract .
