Pros

Great product (Warehouse Automation/Robotic Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Consolidation) Great employees Very smart CEO Innovative (Autopicker - first autonomous mobile picking robot. Also auto order consolidation) Strong relationship with Rohlik

Cons

Joined the company and found my role was different to the one I was expecting / interviewed for. No defined strategy (start-up) No interest in or accounted for my wide and experience, which would have delivered valuable insight - Never asked what my aspirations were! Direct Manager was weak with terrible general communication - Never included me as part of the European Team. Don't understand direct selling, including pricing/margin too high (resulting in lost sales) Brightpick is the sister company to Photoneo, who rely mainly on sales via Partners. (Photoneo CEO is very good) Focus is on making the USA successful (Positioning themselves as a US company) - USA managed separately. Also #1 Customer, Rohlik. Initial business / Customers in Slovakia, not performing as required.. A supporting Sales Engineer with poor English, so came across badly (leading to sales person also doing the SE role on calls), coupled with not understanding the 'selling / supporting' role of a SE. Solution changed three times in 18 months
