Unprofessional environment combined with a lack of training leads to struggling teachers. Management is hot headed and rude. Communication is barely on a need to know basis and then they demand results immediately. Several licensing violations, many of which involve child abuse. Some staff are held to different standards and favoritism is rampant. Retaliation is received if you complain about anything. Staff is disconnected and it’s a hostile environment. Low staffing causes stress. This place is awful!
