hard to think of any pros.
Cons
management wastes a lot of time on stupid things. makes the office feel more like a school. They have a whiteboard and whatnot where you're expected to put a sticker for every sale or survey lmao. They say it's a hybrid position but IT'S NOT. You will have to come to office. And everybody here is doing their own thing, no coordination between senior leadership and managers. join only if you have no other option.
