      Pros

      You get to work on most of the things from scratch, that way you learn the whole process of the software development cycle, including communicating with client, writings different modules, designing databases, fixing bugs and delivering product to customer.

      Cons

      Management Problem. There is no well defined designation for a given project. Also, you had to work on different projects simultaneously.
