Top-notch talent, iconic global clients, and a (current) reputation for a high standard of creative excellence. Competitive pay with great benefits.

Cons

Poor HR management, insufficient on-boarding and training, and no mid-to-long term internal resource planning that creates significant and recurring gaps in ability to deliver agreed work. Senior management lacks empathy, has not set (nor demonstrate) clear corporate culture values, and regularly orchestrates internal conflict to distract from their ability to lead.
