Pros

The restaurants use fresh products and the food tastes great and customers are very happy about that. Food is key in a restaurant.

Cons

Everything is horrible at BurgerFi. I should have seen it from the beginning with the interview process, but I ignored it. Pay was horrible district manager was awful and didn't do anything. I do not recommend working here at all.

The food is really good, and some other employees are great. I am sorry but I cannot think of anything else positive.

Cons

No respect, poor business decisions, no one that has experience in the industry, all decisions made based on ego with no big picture thinking.

If you want a quality of life avoid Orlando owned restaurants

This is a great concept and the food is very good. Operationally very easy concept for a General Manager to Run. If you like busy these restaurants are for you.

Cons

If you like to be micromanaged this is the place for you. Owners have no previous restaurant experience but try to do everything. If you like working 6 days a week and every weekend and I mean every weekend then you have found your place. Owners make your schedule for you and you have no say. District manager is just a puppet he can't even make a decision either. Salary is average for the industry but they tell you they pay top dollar. If you like integrity this will not be the place for you.
