*Colleague are very friendly *It's a small company, so everyone is very close *Exposed to quite a few programming language(php, flutter, .net) but not much project to actually use them
Cons
*Boss way of working might not be for everyone, like to overstep boundary when working with client (at least for me it feels that way) *You are tasked with all kind of jobs, this might sounds good for others who want to learn stuff, but the problem is, the task you are assigned have nothing to do with your current position(example: I'm a .Net developer, but i'm tasked with doing SIOS Technical support, which have no benefit for me as a developer and isn't mentioned on interview)
