Pros

The good lessons regarding work ethic and self motivation through trials are immeasurable for my future. You develop a keen observation eye for your clientele and how to communicate more effectively to bring joy to kids and solve the pressing issue of gifts for parents and other relatives for the young loved ones.

Cons

The pay was all sales commissions based, so unless you were called in last minute for an emergency replacement, which made you eligible for a fixed salary for that shift regardless of your sales, your less successful days were memorable.

Pros

The idea is great for for merchants and Financial Institutions, but then again the idea is great.

Cons

Pay is bad, but you learn a lot like how to stand up for yourself. Communication is awful, there's no communication between across management and employees. Everything is broken or half made, lots of band-aids. Theres no culture, don't bother going to HR, people can treat and talk to people however they want. No one knows what is going on half the time and there are a handful of employees always on twitter or reddit, but are too "busy" to do work.
