      not the best experience

      Pros

      - very nice people - generally healthy commincation between workers and mangers - if you are good you get promotion inside the company - both in salary and role

      Cons

      - not the thch office you imagine - office is very very basic and simple, no luxuries at all - generally low salries - company is a complete chaos, and different magares offen give different instruction which contaqdicts each other. - managers with low technology skills, wich mean they can help when you are stuck - impacient organization, don't have time for someone who is having hard time - all the time chasing deadlines

      The closest thing to a scam you can find

      The work hours are somewhat flexible

      Cons

      They tell you it's a frontend developer job and you're gonna work with react, what you actually get is working with irrelevant low code garbage Microsoft products that will get you nowhere if you want a real developer career. Some of those platforms HAPPEN to work (and not ideally) - with a specific React Typescript boilerplate, and that's basically the closest you get to actual coding there in my experience. No code reviews because the team leader isn't coding-oriented and there's no senior in the team.
