Worked at the Hyderabad office — and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The management is extremely poor and indulges in micromanagement, making it hard to focus or grow. There’s a clear lack of skilled or experienced managers, which directly impacts team morale and productivity. There are hardly any real development opportunities, and the environment feels stagnant. Internal politics and unprofessional behavior often go unchecked, especially from those in leadership roles.
