      Political environment hinders growth and innovation

      Pros

      It's a job that pays money.

      Cons

      Company is very political and full of coasters who don't actually know anything useful. You can succeed here if you can keep up your image. But if you're actually interested in developing yourself and your skills I would avoid at all costs. Salaries are poor with limited/guarded opportunities for progression.

      Pros

      People Team are fantastic, I feel very supported both personally and professionally. Senior team are very approachable and friendly. Very well organised in the area I work in, with fantastic culture and events offering.

      Cons

      When you need to step outside of the Business Unit you're in and engage more widely it can feel like a different company (and not in a good way).
