Pros
The people here are fantastic, many I will count as friends for life. I've been here almost 11yrs, and have seen the company grow massively in that time. There are loads of opportunities to develop and try new things, but they've also always got your back - that's the most important thing for me, where other organisations I've worked for felt quick to blame or point the finger. Going 'above and beyond' is recognised and valued here, and most people seem genuinely happy to be here.
Cons
It's a small team really, covering a large area and a wide range of services - capacity is limited and you'll work for your keep! Other organisations do pay more (but enjoying coming to work is more important to me)
