      Pros

      It's a job, where you get paid. Not too much but something. Remote work.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. One guy decides everything without listening to any feedback. And then blames and punishes workers for bad outcomes, by never increasing salaries, constant monitoring using spyware software and also random firing.

      It is an ok company but middle management is it's biggest drawback

      Pros

      The pay is solid, as well as flexible days off for this position are great There is a way to progress and transfer to other teams They provide great training and you will learn a lot

      Cons

      The micromanagement is present; you will need to click your mouse even when there is no actual work to be done, and middle management is not the best. Workload can be extensive and is not fairly distributed If you complain or provide feedback regarding this, you will be seen as someone who is unfit to be in this position, which can be really demotivating
