Excellent Federal Contracting Small Business with good benefits. The company assisted me in obtaining my masters degree. Company really values their hard working employees.
Cons
It is a small business operating in the Federal Gov't contracting space. When contracts end, so do many positions. Company tries their best to find options for people on contracts that are ending or giving them enough sufficient notice to make alternative plans.
