Toxic environment, lack of leadership, favoritism. Managers do not provide effective training. Leadership supports the day shifts while the night shift gets nothing but blamed when things go wrong, yelled at, written up and then talked about. A few department managers gossip about everyone, sharing information they shouldn't. It's not a safe environment to work in. Many things need to be addressed but are not. It will take a serious injury or death to get them to take things seriously and address concerns. Employees don't come forward because there is no trust in leadership. They fear being fired or written up. Place is a joke and people don't stay too long.
