      Supportive team, but company future feels uncertain

      Pros

      Team members, project managers, and directors are the best human beings I have ever worked with. Everybody helps each other. There are no stupid questions.

      Cons

      The future of the company is unclear. Thoughts are to condense 12 softwares into one for each vertical. This presents some uneasy feelings across the company currently.

      Thank you for your positive feedback and comments. With respect to your concerns, Catalis is modernizing its products and moving products to the cloud. This allows for scalability but also customization to meet customers' needs. Our Chief Product Officer oversees the product rollouts, migrations and strategy and currently there are no plans to focus on one product only across each of the verticals.       Thank you for your thoughtful comments. Since we just launched our annual employee engagement survey, we hope you will provide your feedback there as well. In terms of actions taken by Catalis - we have our company-wide Town Hall where we recognize individual contributions; we have shout outs on Paylocity for peers to recognize each other and we have our vertical quarterly Town Halls as well. We also provide spot bonuses to employees who go above and beyond and we award Catalis Closet Bucks on work anniversaries and other occasions. We have rolled out our Udemy learning platform, providing every employee with a free license to learn and develop and we have been working on career ladders and pathways to share across all of the verticals.
