Pros

I can't think of anything.

Cons

You have to be Chinese to survive at this place. There's definitely an Asian culture component to everything so unless you're Asian, you will definitely feel 'other.' The demands in the NY office are insane.. like travel to Asia, when Asian countries have policies in place that scream in your face 'we do NOT want you coming here right now!'... or dealing with a Chinese travel agent in NY who says 'the one-way airfare is $15,000... we do not accept credit cards due to the pandemic.. you can pay via PayPal or bring CASH to our office on Grand Street..........' You will work US hours and then work some more China hours, answering emails or attending Zoom meetings. You will be in on WeChat 24/7. Lastly, the Aetna health plan is, by far, the worst you could possibly have. Very cheap approach to everything.
